		The factories of Cleantack produce high quality adhesive products for the cleanroom. Contamination control items include: cleanroom entry mats, cleaning rollers, and cleanroom tape. Our clean room products are offered in a wide range of material types: polyethylene film, non-woven PET, ESD safe polyethylene films, and reusable adhesive foam. Cleantack products meet the needs of any critical environment. All aspects of the manufacturing process are completed in a Class 100 environment. Your products are delivered in clean room poly-bags ensuring consistent, reliable results. Step One Adhesive Mats are made of thin layers of adhesive coated polyethylene film. These tacky layers remove particles from shoes. Step One Mats are designed to resist adhesive transfer, preventing sheet-to-sheet delamination. This safety feature reduces any risk of worker related tripping and allows for carts to roll over the mat easily. To prevent distortion and slipage, the adhesive backing secures the mat to the floor. Cleantack Cleanroom Tape is made of low density polyethylene film with pressure sensitive adhesive backing. This low particulate, contaminant free tape is wound on a clean plastic core and individually packed in heat-sealed bags. Tape is produced and packaged in a class 100 cleanroom. Rollers: CleanRoll Film Rollers are made of thin polyethylene sheets around a 1.5 inch core. There are 118 smooth sheets per roll. These rollers are ideal for removing dust particles from smooth surfaces. CleanRoll Foam Rollers are made of non-woven PET fabric sheets around a 1.5 inch core. There are 57 cushioned sheets per roll. These rollers work well for cleaning textured surfaces. Handles are available in a variety of styles and combinations to customize for your specific use.
